The prices we charge for tickets reflect the market value of tickets
whether that value is above or below the actual face value of the
tickets.
Remember, for in demand events, we often have to pay over face value for
tickets ourselves and the prices we charge reflect the difficulty of
obtaining premium tickets to high demand events.
A free and open market for event tickets allows us to be able to offer
you the very best seats for events that might even be sold out and for
which only event promoters, sponsors, or season ticket holders would
otherwise have access to. On the other side of the coin, a free
and open market for event tickets also allows us to be able to offer
premium tickets sometimes for prices well below face value. Be
assured, however, that we are constantly checking the prices of our
tickets to make sure they reflect market conditions for tickets.

Is selling tickets legal?

event tickets. Please be aware, however, that Georgia law prohibits the
resale of tickets for any price within a certain distance from event venues and if you
purchase tickets from an unlicensed ticket seller, you may have no

your order has been confirmed. In the unusual event that your
order cannot be filled we will not charge your credit card. If we
have alternative tickets to offer you we will not charge your credit
card until you have accepted the alternate tickets.

How will I get my tickets?
A:
In most cases, your tickets will ship out the same or next business day
from the day you place your order. The only exception being for
tickets that have not yet been printed (Example: Major League
Baseball tickets in the winter). We will inform you if your
tickets cannot be shipped right away.
We are proud to now be able to offer what we believe to be an industry
first practice of providing free shipping on any order - no
matter how small or large the order! For free shipping orders,
your tickets will still usually ship the same or next business day from
the date you place your order and are guaranteed to arrive no later than
48 hours prior to the event. If for any reason you need expedited
shipping, regular shipping rates will apply for FedEx Overnight or 2 Day
Service.
Please be aware that
certain tickets may only be available for email delivery - usually the
ticket notes will make this clear by noting that these are Ticketfast or
email tickets. Ticketfast is a technology that allows certain
types of tickets to be delivered as an email attachment, for which the
recipient prints out tickets at home and the attendant at the venue
scans a bar code for entry, similar to an electronic airline ticket.
This technology is becoming more and more common and allows tickets to
be delivered even at the very last minute.
In any event, if you purchase tickets for
events that will occur within 48 hours of your purchase, it is advised

order on time and determine what the best method of shipping will be.
For last minute orders, if tickets cannot be delivered via email, local pickup,
courier, or will call delivery may be the
